Your Dental Planet

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of services offered on the Your Dental Planet platform, specifically the publication of job listingsand product advertisements intended for dental professionals.

2. Nature of Services
The services sold by Your Dental Planet are exclusively digital:

• Posting job offers or product sales advertisements;

• Access to visibility options (highlighting, extension, alerts, etc.).

3. Account Creation
Purchasing services requires the creation of a user account. Any inaccurateinformation may result in the cancellation of the order without refund.

4. Order and Payment

• Payment is required before the ad is published.

• Payments are managed by third-party providers (Stripe). Your Dental Planet does not store any banking data.

• All transactions are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases of error attributableto Your Dental Planet.

5. Publication Duration
Each advertisement is visible for the duration selected at the time of purchase. Afterthis period, it is automatically deactivated unless renewed.

6. Content Refusal or Removal
Your Dental Planet reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertisement that doesnot comply with the GTU or applicable laws. No refund will be issued for inappropriate content.

7. Data Access
Data provided is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may request the deletion of their personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability
Your Dental Planet cannot be held responsible for the effectiveness of published ads or for interactions and transactions between users. The platform serves as a networking space and is not a seller, employer, or guarantor.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the competentcourts are those of the registered office of Your Dental Planet.
